Waitress said almost all tacos were GF except the beer battered fish. I did see one that was made with soy sauce that she didn’t point out, so I stayed away from that and did just fine. Chips are a shared fryer, so avoid. The house margarita was awesome! For tacos, had the steak asada with chorizo and queso, the grilled fish, and the chicken with pico and cheese, all delicious and no reaction
They do not have a dedicated fryer for tortilla chips so we left and went to the Desert Ridge (Tatum) location instead. They can do other dishes gf here, but I did not have a lot of confidence after the waiter flippantly said “other people eat it and are fine”

Food was good. Went with some tacos and a side of refried black beans. This isn't what some of you may expect from Mexican food as you won't find things like burritos which are more of an American invention than true Mexican food.
Didn't get sick, which is always a good thing for a celiac. I'd steer clear of anything fried since they beer batter fish. That goes for chips and salsa.
Waiter wasn't very knowledgeable, but nice and did investigate when I asked if the tea was GF.
Parking tip: free parking garage underground behind/beneath the restaurant. Come up the spiral staircase and you are not too far from the restaurant.
Staff very knowledgeable and many options!

Most of the menu is gluten free. Staff is knowledgeable and prices are reasonable. Mole chicken is delicious. Great choice for gluten sensitive.
I stopped on a food tour. We had a margarita, chips and sampled two tacos. The tacos are gluten free. The chips are fried in house but in a shared fryer with churros (which are dough). The server was friendly about it and knowledgeable.
