Review of Barrio

I called ahead to ask if they had gluten free options and they said they did. I then asked if they accommodated those with gluten allergies, and he said they did and they would just take a little longer to prepare the meal so that it was prepared safely.

My friend and I went there and it was one of the best Italian experiences I've ever had. I got a classic, the spaghetti with sausage. It was probably the best spaghetti I've ever had. My buddy got their special which included braised wild boar, and it makes me want to get that with the gluten free spaghetti.

They can make any pasta dish they have gluten free by subbing it out with GF spaghetti. I asked the owner and they source their gf pasta from a local pasta maker.

Highly recommended.
