Beware if you have allergies.. Ordered 3 gluten & dairy free pizzas. As I am pregnant and have a severe anaphylactic reaction to dairy, I made sure to express the importance of flagging these allergies, and making sure they was absolutely no cheese on the pizzas, multiple times. This could be fatal to both me, and my child. Got home only to realize that there was cheddar cheese all over my “guaranteed dairy free” pizza. Drove all the way back, and this isn’t a quick drive for me, just to have them offer a “whoops, I guess that does have dairy” and to remake one of them, because the other two were “probably fine”. Had to convince them to remake all three pizzas, as “probably fine” doesn’t work for me when my life is literally on the line. Very unprofessional, and I will not be back.

Best gf thick crust pizza I’ve had in 15 years of having celiac disease.
Ordered a GF pizza online, it’s decent and had no problems afterwards!

I have had nothing but incredibly pleasant experiences with this chain establishment and have always felt safe and like my Celiac is taken seriously whenever I've gone to any location. However, this location, for over 2 years they've continually under trained their staff in proper food preparation, how to avoid cross contamination with allergens, what gluten even is, and what products may contain gluten and which absolutely don't.. I've got my order wrong so many times here and haven't been able to enjoy their ranch for a year because they had told me it had gluten and they were certain of it. A year later my husband asked and NOBODY on shift knew until an old allergy menu was found by a bus in a drawer and surprise it's gf. I then had to train three employees on what gluten is because they thought milk and eggs in it. If you want to enjoy Barros go to ANY location other than this one.
