Like going back in time to a big breakfast at a coffee shop in the time before I was diagnosed celiac. Eggs with meat, grits, pancakes! gluten free, big servings and frequent coffee refills. Not a dedicated kitchen, but a proudly informed staff that casually cautioned me against ordering hash browns (“they’re cross-contaminated “) and enjoys being THE place so many new-comers and regulars indulge in normal American foods sans gluten. We will make more trips to Raleigh from now on
