Review of Barry's Cafe

My family and I were super impressed with this place for breakfast this morning. The waitress handled our 8 year old Celiac’s order with ease and was very knowledgeable. When asked if the chocolate chips were GF, she said she wasn’t positive but offered to check on them for us immediately. My son’s GF chocolate chip pancakes were delicious! He also got a side of bacon. My husband talked to the female owner after our meal and she was so kind, and told us how her daughter was diagnosed with Celiac disease. The place has a kind of quaint diner sort of feel, and the fact that they are so supportive of firefighters and the first responder community via philanthropic efforts makes it all the more charming. We will definitely be back!
