I had such a great time at Bartaco! I’ve had severe celiac for 15 years and still get nervous eating at new restaurants. I was reassured by the waitstaff that there was very little flour in the kitchen at all- that the only thing I couldn’t eat were the desserts and the flour tortilla from the kids menu. I was also thrilled to see that I could eat their corn tortilla chips since they did not fry anything with flour in their fryers. The waitstaff and kitchen were incredibly knowledgeable and I was relieved to see that I could put “gluten allergy” with my order when you order on your phone. I ordered chicken, shrimp, and pork tacos and they were phenomenal. The chips and guac were also delicious! Had such a lovely time and zero reaction. Will definitely be coming back!
