The staff here is above and beyond accommodating! The sausage and brisket are GF, the BBQ sauce isn't but they are completely fine with you bringing your own. If you call the day you are planning to come they will cook a dry-rub ribs for you. They switch cutting utensils and cutting boards without a problem. Be sure to communicate that your GF and the flood gates of helpfulness open. Ask for either TJ or Shane (family owned and ran).
