Delicious and they know what they’re doing! They offer GF bread so there are plenty of options, but I was still nervous until I asked and they said they line the toaster with new tin foil so there’s no cross contact. They also knew to sub fruit for home fries because the spices have gluten. This place is owned by the same people as simply gourmet & dark shack. I had a delicious omelet!
