The staff is always very accommodating to Celiac patients and friendly doing so. The sushi is very very good, and there are many other options for GF dinners as well. The menus have pictures so if there is a language barrier, navigation is easy. I would recommend this to a celiac patient as well as a non celiac.

Basil is the only place I trust in Williston to eat at. They wash their hands, clean their kitchen space, and use all new knives and utensils when you tell them you need gluten free. They don’t have a gluten free menu, but can make almost anything on the menu gluten free and will tell you what’s best. I eat sushi here all of the time. It’s my favorite. When you do eat here - ask for Lucy. She’s the manager and will take VERY good care of you 😊 I just love the food and the service so much.
