Asked what I could have. They said only the lettuce wraps, everything else had gluten. They said they would be careful. Lettuce wraps came out with fried wonton wrappers on top of it, I sent it back and said again I had a severe allergy. They remade it (? It was very fast?) and brought it back out and I ate it against my better judgement… sure enough I was suffering at 3AM that night

I FB messaged before hand and was told that salads without grilled chicken (gluten soy based marinade) were safe as well as sashimi, edamame, soups and dishes with rice noodles were gluten free. The waitress was even more informed than whoever sent the FB message. My table wanted to order the shrimp spring rolls which just had shrimp, cilantro, rice noodles, cilantro with rice paper wrapper. They were very tasty. She also told me that the pad Thai was gluten free and made sure to make an extra note to not season the tofu I added. We ate here for lunch and by the evening still no symptoms of being glutened. There is def risks involved here but I felt very confident in our waitresses knowledge. And it was just nice to have another option in the area.
