Basilic Instant

Great for a quick, safe lunch! The owners (a family?) were super-friendly, and the small but freshly prepared vegetarian buffet included lasagne, a casserole, gluten-free and vegan tartes and salad. It‘s not fancy, and the decor isn‘t hip, but it was a nice, cafeteria-style meal for a great price, and the dishes were very tasty!

Très bon restaurant végétarien avec des options sans gluten tous les jours (desserts aussi). C'est un buffet mais si vous prévenez le chef la veille que vous êtes cœliaque, il met de côté en cuisine des plats pour éviter les contaminations sur le buffet. Toute l'équipe du restaurant connaît très bien la maladie cœliaque. Le menu change tous les jours mais il y a toujours des lasagnes sans gluten aux légumes, des gratins, des salades... J'y mange très régulièrement. Également des plats vegan, sans lactose, etc.
