Small, family owned business.

They have multiple gluten free options and multiple types of gluten free bread. Ordered two appetizers were made on gluten free bread and you could not even tell the difference.

Fryer is not a dedicated fryer.

** Bring wine. Bring Prosecco. They have the juices to make a mimosa or a bellini on their menu.
