Be still my heart, Bastille Kitchen. I had dinner here this week and was blown away by our server Mario. He was incredibly knowledgeable about celiac and took great care to make me feel both safe but also respected. You have earned a customer for life! The food was phenomenal too! I was able to get the escargot without the puff pastry to start, and the steak frites with mushrooms for dinner. They do not have a dedicated frier. Desert was a nice cream brûlée.
