Everything on the menu except the mac & cheese is GF, even all the sauces! They offer a Schar bun for the pulled pork sandwich and toast it in a new pan to avoid cross contamination.
They’ll even put their mac & cheese sauce on the broccoli or give a side of it for dipping.
Absolutely great experience, they knew exactly what to do when I said I was gluten free before I even mentioned celiac. And I didn’t get sick at all!
