I am celiac, can’t handle any cross contamination.
The menu lists items that can be made gluten free, but it’s not completely straightforward.
For example, only the most basic burger says can be made gf. But I inquired about the garlic burger, which was not listed able to make gf, but the chef confirmed the only issue ingredient was the bun. I ordered the garlic burger with a gluten free bun as the only change, and did not get sick.
Another item, the fries, are menu listed as able to make gluten free. However, they are fried in a shared fryer, so they are not gluten free after being cooked. If this restaurant ever changes to a dedicated fryer, these fries would be gluten free just because they’re not battered, and none of the other spices are glutinous.
The wait staff was very friendly and courteous and happy to answer all our questions and deferred to the chef for anything they did not know off hand.
