Amazing pasta, you make your own dish by ordering a gluten free spaghetti, a sauce, plus a number of toppings or cheeses. Allergen menu is available and indicates that the hot tomato and bolognaise sauces are gluten free. Tasted amazing and worked very well for both me and my dairy free friend, neither of us experienced any reaction to gluten or dairy so no cross contamination or mistakes were made.
