Review of Baxters American Grille

Absolutely avoid. Have gone there a multitude of times over the past 5 years; no matter how politely I ask them to please leave out an ingredient that provokes an allergy response, either via incompetence or unwillingness have always screwed it up. And these are not unreasonable requests, either. For example: "Please do not give me garlic bread with this; I can't eat it" becomes two slices of garlic bread placed on my plate. "Please do not include the sauce" becomes a ramekin of sauce delivered with my meal. And on and on....Again: placing something ON my plate is 5 seconds of EXTRA work -- not including it would save them time, energy, effort, and money. Yet they consistently disregard my requests every single damned time. Insane. And hazardous; allergy responses are no joke. They'll wind up killing a customer with their incompetence one day -- not even an exaggeration to say that. Peanut allergies are no joke.
