Just enjoyed organic bayou salad with dill chicken salad. It was very good. There are so many options that are gluten free, and vegan. I will go back for sure! And, the store is compact yet plentiful! The gentleman at the counter in the back, where the restaurant is, Clay, is very welcoming and helpful.

Employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered a gf vegan carrot cake for my birthday and they also switched the frosting to be soy free. The cake was AMAZING! My niece and nephew liked it as well as my FIL and didn’t even think it was allergy friendly. Also tried their gf df pancakes (plus blueberries) which was delicious! Highly recommend stopping here.

Nice healthy choices. Smoothies, juices, soups, sandwiches. It’s in the back of a healthy grocery store

The owner is very knowledgeable about GF and DF. He has tons of GF options both bakery and meals. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Loved all the GF groceries too tried tons of food and the whole family enjoyed it.

When I went to order they mentioned that the kitchen is not gluten free and therefore cannot guarantee that food won't be cross-contaminated. I am grateful that they told me, but was disappointed that their gluten-free options are not guaranteed gluten-free. I would have expected more from a health store cafe. Eat at your own risk!

Excellent. They had several gf bakery items available both times I've visited. They also made fresh blueberry pancakes with real maple syrup! Big fluffy pancakes!! ❤

I have celiac and was able to order from the cafe without a reaction in 2013. I came back to Myrtle beach for vacation this year specifically because I can go here to eat.

This is a market and kitchen. Was able to pick up lot of staples. In the kitchen part they had lots of GF and Vegan baked goods. We loved the cupcakes and cinnamon rolls! Smoothies. Sandwiches, etc. They do have a mix of some non-gf and non-vegan items/baked goods. Some items do contain nuts.
