Review of Bay Ridge Pizza

We phoned ahead a gluten free meal and when we arrived to pick it up they had given it to someone else. They said they’d make a fresh order. In the mean time the customer they gave our order to returned it after he had opened it up at his home. They handed it to our son, lying to him that it was a fresh order. My husband returned it with questions since the containers were opened and they lied to him too and at my husband’s insistence, admitted to the lie and refunded the money. This is so upsetting as our son has celiac disease and cross contamination can cause him to become very ill, not to mention we are in the middle of the covid pandemic.
