Bayside Buffet

The chef came out and walked me through the line for dinner but basically the only thing I could eat was carved meat. Waste of money.

No gluten-free breads or desserts. No gf signage. When asked, chefs said no breakfast gf options. was able to eat breakfast meets, eggs, fruit, and oatmeal. Food was good, but not overly gf friendly.

No gluten-free signs. No gluten-free bread per the sous chef. No corn tortillas per the line chef. One gluten-free tiramisu per the dessert server. No non-dairy milk.

Brunch was great $25 pp. Chef walked around and told us what was gf. Brought out some bacon/sausages/home fries from the back to avoid cross contamination. Gf soft serve ice cream. Huge made to order omelets. Best buffet we have had yet.

It doesn't have a dedicated menu, but the Chef was awesome and walked me through the whole buffet letting me know what was safe or not. He also must have seen the longing for fish in my eyes and offered to make me some gluten free as much as I would like. I struggle at the buffets here in Vegas and this was an awesome experience! Thanks!
