Review of Bayside Cafe

----Not gluten free unless you re just doing it for a fad--- Horrible attitudes and no understanding of what glutenfree really means. The pancakes are only made on the grill, with a refusal to attempt any cross contamination procedures...why can't they be made in a separate skillet as I was told the omelettes could be? After the snarling manager, Aliciea? told me that this practice still constituted a "gluten free" listing on the menu--I tried to suggest maybe, "flour free" would be a more accurate listing and was told,"no, it's gluten free!" Then my omelette came out with an announcement from the runner of "made in a pan, as you like it"--obviously my medical allergy was not passed on to the cooking staff. Lastly, my omelette was made with the wrong cheese and had to go back, while my gluten free toast wilted. Gluten free is just a fad to them--I will not be returning.
