The menu states that the gluten free crust is in a container but they remove it for baking. I watched them use the same oven spatula to pull out a regular pizza and then my gluten free one. If you have celiac disease please avoid it is not safe
Never had a bad experience with the gluten free crust here. They are very trustworthy. My go to spot. Delicious!
They have a gluten-free crust made off site but clearly state on menu that it is prepared in a flour rich environment (i.e. not so safe?). Pizza was ok, not great. Also, asked for a sample of draft cider and they had 2, however, the 2nd sample they gave me was actually an IPA.

Great pizza! I have had it a few times and never gotten sick
Great food but horrible service. Took over 1 hour and 20 minutes to get our food. The waitress only checked in twice during this timeframe. We were late to a meeting due to waiting for our food. Would not eat here again.
I didn’t go in expecting to eat pizza. These days there’s too much CC inside a pizza oven. So I checked out the salad section. I could t even pick one! I had the Spinach Salad with the creamy basil (do. not. miss. this.) dressing. And perfectly cooked and crumbled bacon....yes! I told my friend I was going to dream about this salad! The Cobb salad (without croutons) looked amazing. And I had a bit of the anti pasta salad. All delish! Its a huge win that they have these fabulous and filling options in the salad department!
GREAT FOOD! Three locations- Broadripple, Downtown and Carmel. The gf crust is crispy and delicious, and you won’t find better toppings anywhere. Try the Pizza Alla Quattro Formaggio if you love cheese. If you don’t, you can still do your thing, because the crust is also vegan. Well done, Bazbeaux!
Wicked good gf pizza ... crust was crisp, toppings plentiful and delicious ... Caesar salad (sans croutons) was good ... the iced tea is excellent ... nice staff ... worth a try if your looking for good pizza
Had a pizza party with a group of friends who all had the regular pizza pies. The Gluten Free pizza was excellent. I am a celiac and did not have any reaction to eating it at all. Would recommend it for Celiacs.
