Nachdem ich hier gelesen habe, dass die verwendete Sojasauce glutenfrei ist habe ich es gewagt, dort zu bestellen. Aber nach Rückfrage bei der Chefin haben wir festgestellt, dass die Sojasauce NICHT (mehr) glutenfrei ist. Daher wurde mir angeraten, etwas ohne Sojasauce zu bestellen. Das hat dann super gut geklappt! Man sollte aber auf jeden Fall einmal mit der Chefin sprechen, die weiß Bescheid 😉

Die verwendete Sojasoße ist glutenfrei, dadurch kann man alle unpanierten Gerichte (außer Wantans) essen. Die Kennzeichnung ist zudem auch super.
