Everything except the bread is gluten-free. That’s why they offer a Döner-Box with fries for people who can’t eat the bread. When I asked the owner about gluten-free options, he immediately knew what I was talking about and was able to answer all of my questions about the ingredients. The food was great and I am really happy to finally have a place where I can get a Döner-Box whenever I want.
