Nearly everything on the menu is gf except buns, cornbread, and fried onion straws. Fries are not dedicated, but the establishment is transparent about that. Coming from a KC BBQ transplant, this place is legit and even better than KC BBQ. Perfect meats, perfect sides, and the best sauces of all time. Thrilled to have found it after trying some truly awful BBQ in the area. Thank you Pete!! There’s complementary soft serve ice cream too!
