At Bbuona, they have tasty gluten-free Pinsas – a Roman-style oval pizza with light, airy gluten-free dough. They take care to avoid cross-contamination, They have a dedicated GF oven, ensuring a worry-free experience for coeliac diners.
From memory, ALL the pizzas available with the gluten free base and use gluten free ingredients (EXCEPT THE TARTUFO pizza). Most of the starters and other menu items are gluten free -- except for the lasagna. Make sure to double check. The staff are helpful and will assist. We tried the Burata. Excellent.
The pizzas are genuinely amazing. We have been multiple times and intend to keep going.
