B.C. Pizza

AMAZING!!!! Honestly the best pizza I’ve ever had! Multiple options for gluten free, not just flatbread. Also has cheese bread!!! I haven’t had that since I became gluten free 10 years ago. I am a very sensitive celiac and I had no issues. They took all precautions and made me feel safe about it. Also the home made ranch is Gluten free!! That’s a game changer for me. Can’t wait to come back!!!!!!

Very good pizza! Almost ate the whole thing by myself. I have celiac and not feeling sick whatsoever. Definitely recommend

BC Pizza in Hart, MI is my favorite pizza place! I am a Celiac (of 11 years) and my family travels from Grand Rapids to Pentwater, MI every summer. We *always* stop on the way in and the way out for BC Pizza. It is a favorite of mine, and also of my entire gluten-eating family! When eating here, I wait to place my order until I am in the restaurant (not over the phone) so that I can speak with the manager and confirm how the pizza will be made. The crust is a 10 inch certified GF crust they get from another supplier and it is DELICIOUS. If asked, they will open a new sauce and new cheese for those avoiding CC. (I have never ordered toppings, so I cannot speak to those.) The pizza is prepared on a dedicated space and cooked on a GF surface. However, there is not a dedicated oven. I have never gotten sick at this establishment, but eating here is not without some risk, as there is obviously gluten in the facility. I encourage you to try them out. They are so kind, so helpful, and the managers have always been very knowledgable!
