Food was all amazing! Had the summertime roll and the green curry bowl and the cashew Mac and cheese. Also tried the enchiladas. Every dish was awesome and I would have a hard time choosing what to get next time. The entire restaurant is gluten free! A favorite for the books!

Terrific all gf place with flavorful vegan food! They made a plain Mac & cheese bowl for my celiac 10 year old and she loved it. The rest of the menu items were complex, beautifully presented and delicious. Highly recommended.

Great experience! Fully gluten free and vegan. I had a special feature dish, the house gnocchi with tomato sauce, pesto, and almond ricotta, it was delicious. I also had a sun burst juice (orange, grapefruit, blackberry, lemon and vitamin d) and the chai ‘cheesecake, everything was great. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere.

Totally gluten and dairy free! Great option for a healthy, upscale meal. Staff were lovely. Some of the warm dishes didn’t quite work (the banh mi confusingly had zero components found in a traditional banh mi), maybe stick with salads. Desserts were also tasty!

Such an amazing places for healthy, raw food that tastes amazing! Any meat eater would enjoy the tasty selections here, including one of the several desserts, including mango 🥭 pudding.

Lots of fresh juice choices, smoothies, and main dishes. Fun atmosphere. The beer does have gluten so don’t order beer. Definitely give be love a try!

Would definitely go here again. The staff is very kind and made me immediately feel safe about the gluten and gross contamination (which they won’t have because they don’t use gluten, they only have some beer with gluten). The food was very delicious, not what I’m used to because I’m not vegan. Still so nice to try!

I had the Torta sandwich. I’d been craving a decent sandwich for years and this surpassed decent. Pricey, but I can see why. The bread was fantastic, the mushrooms were deliciously sautéed and the aioli was superb. The curry lentil soup was ok but I’d do the sandwich again in a heartbeat. Dedicated gluten free except the beer, so unless they’re splashing it all over the counter and dipping their hands in it while prepping food, it’s entirely safe. 😊

I got a Reuben, the daily soup (which I think was like beet ginger?) and the daily cheesecake (coconut walnut). The cheesecake was the only enjoyable part :( I’m sad because I’ve seen this place get good reviews, but it was a struggle to get through that meal. Still made myself eat all of it cuz I spent too much getting it delivered

I am so careful about eating out because of celiac, and this place made me feel so safe! (They were takeout only for covid policy, and there was a plexiglass partition between cashier and customer, tap for pay, etc. Felt very safe in that regard too). I HAD THE BEST MEAL (MAYBE EVER?!) HERE. I ordered the Mac N Cheese. Mac and Cheese is my favourite dish, and because of celiac and dairy sensitivities, I struggle to find Mac and Cheese that is 1) delicious 2) safe for me to eat. Be Love is Victoria’s equivalent of Meet on Main in Vancouver. I am so grateful for dedicated facilities like Be Love ❤❤❤

Superb service. Outstanding food. One of the best GF meals I’ve had in a long time. Don’t miss this spot if you’re in Victoria.

Everything was GF. I got the buckwheat pancakes and they were pretty bland and dry. The syrup was not maple syrup and tasted like fake syrup (wasn’t sweet?). Coconut cream was good though. I loved their alcohol free special drink options made with a variety of natural ingredients.

Edit: went a second time. Got the macaroni and chai tea. It was really delicious!

I have eaten here 3 nights in a Row while visiting Victoria. The food and service have been consistently exceptional. I don’t think I’ve even been as well tended to with such good tables service. All of the food and drinks are as beautiful as they are delicious. Will continue to come back any time we visit.

Be Love was absolutely inspiring. The food is full of delicious, subtle, and interesting flavours - you can't help but savour it slowly. The recipes have clearly undertaken trials and trials of refinement. It was also incredibly nourishing in every aspect; organic, local, and dishes change with the seasons. Everything is GF and DF. It was refreshing to be able to eat almost everything on the menu for a change. I ended up buying their cook book and can't want to experiment with it.

I have eaten here a few times and love it. My favourite dish is the Mac'n'Cheese and I have extra broccoli with a side of tofu added. Delicious and great service. Always busy there.

Highly recommended. Of course a gluten free kitchen is celiac friendly but this one tastes delicious! My 11 and 12 year olds also enjoyed their meals! It is also dairy free and vegetarian. A must visit.

Everything on the menu is gluten free, dairy free, and vegan. Despite the ingredient restrictions, the food was delicious. Everything is mafe fresh so it takes a while but it's worth the wait. Service was friendly. Arrive early. We got there at 5 on a Wednesday night and by the time we got our food there were people waiting for tables.
