Went for counter service lunch. Numerous GF options. I had the tasty braised pork. A large platter and the pork is moist and delicious. The French onion soup was quite good. No toast under the cheese but they made up for it by having lots of cheese. Glad I ignored the bad reviews for the lemon cream puff. Given that it was made with GF flour it was really good and I would order it again every time I went there.

Like most Disney restaurants allergies are handled well. My big disappointment is the use of Udi’s bread compared to the softer buns you get in most other Disney locations.

They have a whole allergen menu to choose from including dinner rolls! Plus a great and unique experience.

Both the Ratatouille and the tapioca bread roll came back gluten-free on my Nima sensor. food was excellent. They had a lemon cream puff made with rice flour on the dessert menu, which sounded good but I didn't try it.

Had a separate drop down menu which they assisted us with. The staff was very aware of the gf allergy and my daughter's food was even flagged with the allergy flag to keep it separated. Very pleased with food and selections.

Pre-ordering kiosks filters allergies, few options left after clicking GF. Impressive system but no one to ask if cross-contamination is mitigated.

Very knowledgeable, and food is good. We had lunch here and most sandwiches can be prepared on GF bread. Our receipt was marked allergy. Lemon cream puff dessert was delicious!

There is a dedicated GF menu and even a couple dessert items, which is nice. My daughter has celiac and had no problems with lunch and a dinner here. My nephews also have severe nut, peanut and soy allergies, and no issues there either. Everybody enjoyed their meals! Given the huge numbers of people they are serving and turning over, they do a great job!

Excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Our 2nd time there. Not a lot of child friendly options though.

Went to BOG for for our 1st visit for my birthday w/ my kids & husband this week. I'll stick to just the food issues we had as to not loose track.. I have celiacs & had notified guest services to that ahead of time, but still had to ask/remind them when we arrived (never had to do that at Disney before, it's usually noted on our reservation). I was ready to order off the gf menu when our server (who was rushing us & yet kept saying "I don't want you to feel rushed"..) he stated that there was a braised beef item that would also be an option. I was excited because it looked delicious, so he agreed to check w/ the chef. He returned having forgotten what my allergies were and went back to the kitchen. He came back saying it would be fine for me to eat, so I ordered. My gf rolls were cold & hard (sad because these rolls are usually pretty tasty). My onion soup came (marked "allergy") it was very good. My main meal came (again marked allergy) again, very good. However, it was waiting for our (questionable) server to finally return for our dessert order I started to feel..off. Had the only gf item (essentially thrown down in front of me with a lit candle & the server said, "here it's a lemon cream puff, it's all you can have" before running off somewhere else.) the cream puff was, ok. But by the time we left I was doubled over in extreme pain! We live close by but I still could not get home fast enough! I had a lovely time with my family. Perhaps it's my own fault from deviating off the gf menu, but we won't be returning to BOG for a long time.

We went here for breakfast. Our daughter has Celiac Disease as well as a peanut/tree but allergy. She was exposed to peanut/tree nut and when we let the management know they said thank you for letting them know😳 no concern if she was ok- or the fact that this affected our entire vacation. Disappointed in Disney.

I LOVED my experience here! We went for lunch to utilize the Quick Service Dining Plan, I would love to try dinner. Our Chef Juan Carlos came to speak with us while we were ordering our meal. He was amazing, competent and kind! I got the Braised Pork, vegetables, gluten free rolls ( with no potato starch), the best French Onion Soup I've ever had, and raspberry gelato. Everything came with "allergy" markers. He brought me my own butter even! We visited with Chef Juan Carlos a bit and he said he enjoyed preparing meals for those with allergies! We enjoyed eating there! One of the highlights of my time in Disney World.

We had reservations for dinner even though I had read a lot of bad reviews. We dined in the main dining room. If we go back I would ask to be seated in one of the smaller areas. The service was terrible. Thankfully we asked for the chef and he came out and took our dinner order and dessert as well. It was a good thing we did not just order the waitress didn't understand or act as though she cared. My 12 yo celiac daughter asked the chef to make her the scallop and shrimp pasta off of the regular menu he said it was possible to modify it to be gf and he did. I had the pork chop off of the gluten friendly menu. It was ok but the pork chop was a little tough. My husband had the salmon also from the gluten free menu. He said it was very good. The special gf pastry lemon custard dessert is not worth getting. Pastry was cold and it made it tough. Because of the service I would choose Cinderella Royal Table dinner over BOG. Sadly, we have TIW so the waitress still got an 18% tip.

We needed gf and dairy free and so the options were limited but we enjoyed a Niçoise salad, turkey sandwich and French onion soup. Tons of meat on the sandwich, good soup and good salad too.

What a great experience! We had reservations for lunch here. We ordered off the kiosk but it was very easy to understand the allergen menu. My husband got the braised pork which was very good. My daughters got grilled cheese and fries. I ordered the potato leek soup and it was awesome!! No reaction and the experience of eating in the ballroom was cool!!

Read a lot on Disney dining and decided this was a good bet. Pretty standard options. Kids meals for GF was chicken, steak or salmon. I'm sure my son would have preferred a hamburger and fries but got chicken, vegetable and fruit. Not much but came with tapioca rolls and butter to fill them up. I had chicken potatoes and green beans. Nothing fancy and expensive but the food was good and we didn't get sick. Staff offered the chef to come out but we ordered from the allergy menu and he assured the chef would take care of our meal prep

This place was awful. Ive done many reviews and so far this was worst. other than the beautiful ballroom I wouldn't recommend lunch. Reservation means nothing. they let anyone in. Very few gross options for gluten free. veryyyy disappointed.

Lots of options! Really delicious. They use Udi's bread for the sandwiches. The raspberry lemon cream puff is gluten free too!

We went for lunch. For lunch they have you order through a touch screen. I told our helper that I was GF and she talked me through my options. I ended up choosing a roast beef sandwich and a lemon raspberry cream puff for dessert. Everything was wonderful! Since their sandwich bread is small they give you two sandwiches! My meal had "allergy alert" toothpicks and a manager brought it out. Great job!!

As a celiac vegetarian I was fairly sure I was going to dine on salad for dinner since there was lots of meat on the menu. But to my surprise the awesome chef came to our table, treated our daughter like a princess and made her special GF French fries with ketchup and mayo topped with onions (per her request). He made a GF pasta with an amazing red sauce for me. The food was great, but really what made this dinner the best was the chef. He was understanding, enthusiastic and very capable. I think his name was Jerry, but not sure. Anyway, I would totally recommend Be Our Guest for a special occasion.
