Amazing. The waitress knew exactly was we could have. The environment was enchanting and a nice break from the hustle in the park. The food was fantastic but the dessert was unbelievably good. Highly recommend.

I want to be enchanted and love this place, the food is OK, but not amazing, not as good as the decor or the majestic entrance would promise.

Went here the other day for breakfast. Save your money it is not worth it. Maybe dinner but I won't even risk and try it. So overpriced and the options are not good.
Went with my young child (celiac; symptomatic to CC) and rest of the family (non-celiac) for lunch and had a great experience. Servers were very knowledgeable about celiac and offered to have the chef come out to speak with us. Provided gluten free bread, separate butter, allergy children’s menu with several options, and totally dessert. My child has no exposure symptoms following the meal and continued the rest of the day in the parks no issues!

Three course meals that start with gluten free bread rolls which are very good. A ton of different options like French onion soup without the bread and leak soup, the entrees are substantial- pork, steak, chicken are just some examples. The dessert comes out in three - macaroons, chocolate truffle, the grey stuff (a mousse) - try the grey stuff it’s delicious -don’t believe me ask the dishes!

There was a menu stating all gluten free options. There was a decent selection and the food quality was good. The ambiance of the restaurant was wonderful especially for my kids. Often fun themed restaurants for kids aren’t safe for me so it’s great to find a place that does both.

Such a wonderful experience! Our server was fantastic and was so confident. She asked if we were okay with her taking our order or if we wanted a chef, we asked how confident she was and she said very. Loved her! Food was delicious, especially the gray stuff! 😉 didn't have any sort of reaction and the entire experience was amazing!!

I was so impressed with how many options they had. I had a salad and gluten free/dairy free bread and butter (earth balance) and it was SO good. I decided to do the Vadouvan Spiced Vegetables for my entree and it was the worst. I didn’t like it at all. It was like a maple, coconut, rice custard with hard.. maybe freeze dried veggies. It wasn’t good. But then they brought me raspberry sorbet and allergy friendly macaroons and they were pretty good. It was a really nice surprise to have a dessert for a change. The food didn’t make me sick, but I do NOT recommend the entree. Too many other options.

Most of the menu can be adjusted for allergies. I had the French onion soup, pork, and the dessert trio. The staff seemed pretty up to date on what I could and couldn’t order. The food was EXCELLENT. This was our best Disney meal yet. As usual, my gf food was marked with an allergy stick, including the dessert trio, and the wait staff remarked on it when it was delivered. No issues at all.

We were very disappointed in our experience here tonite. $250 for three meals only to have my daughter to become very I’ll. She was fine until the dessert course, so we believe there must have been a a problem with that as she was almost immediately sick. We also tried to notify Disney of the issue afterward in hope that it was a training issue that could be fixed but were brushed off. I am disappointed beyond measure.

Had a great experience with the service here! Most of the menu was available as gluten free or easy modification to make it gluten free. Had the charcuterie, filet mignon and dessert trio. Our server took my dietary needs seriously and made sure to bring out a separate dish of butter for my gf bread to avoid cross contamination

Always an amazing experience. The food was phenomenal and everything was so great. We had the French onion soup, salad, meat and cheese plate, filet mignon, and the dessert trio collectively. All delicious!

dessert and rolls were great, and the gf menu is practically the same as the regular menu. however my stomach was upset for hours after i ate here which rarely happens. it was ok, expected better for such a nice place.

We had an awesome pre-fixed dinner here. Most of the menu can be adjusted to be gluten free and staff were very knowledgeable. They provided gluten free dinner rolls and I ordered the charcuterie, Filet & dessert trio. Both my son and I have Celiac and we were taken care of very well. Pictures attached!

The service wasn’t great and the food was just OK. All of the food was safe to eat so I appreciated that. The lobster bisque was good. I ordered the sea scallops risotto-sea scallops were good but the risotto was thick instead of creamy. The best part of the meal was the dessert. It was amazing.

Great options during quick service lunch many sandwiches come out as two smaller ones in the GF bread. French fries. Also love the signature dinner!!
Yes
Great breakfast options with Gf bread and pastries!!
Yes
Came here for brunch, they will help you to modify the menu and they bring you gf pastries with your meal, very yummy!
Yes
This place was awesome! Had the lobster bisque and pork tenderloin, no issues. Sit in the West Wing if you can! It’s dark and I had to issue the flashlight on my phone to confirm my food was correct, but still, it was a super cool spot to sit.

Love eating here for lunch while at parks. Have gluten, dairy, and seafood allergies that can be accommodated. Nice thing is you can easily pre order using the app. Never gotten sick. One slight downside is they dont have a dessert that can suit my allergies, but Im usually full so it doesnt matter too much to me.
Yes
I gave them another try after being served regular pasta 3 years ago. They promptly noticed the issue and I was given the correct meal before I ate it. I ordered the lobster bisque, scallops ( which were not on the gf menu but I was told it was only the artichokes and they would be removed). Well less than an hour later I was pretty sick. I called this morning and I’m waiting to hear back. It’s just sad because had to leave the park earlier than planned on our last night. Just don’t ever get too comfortable I guess. 😢
Come here for dinner not breakfast. The breakfast is basically gluten in a basket as in gluten pastries that seems like it came from Costco. BUT dinner is magical. Many gf French items can be made and the beast is in presence after dinner
After getting glutened twice at other sit down restaurants at Disney, I gave Be Our Guest a try for dinner. I was able to eat an item from all 3 courses. They were accommodating and any questions I had the server asked the chef. The server let me know that my meal had to actually be signed off by the chef before being cooked. Also, I got to have the grey stuff and yes it’s delicious!
Yes
Easy, and fast (with a reservation). It’s not fancy but the decor is beautiful! We just walked up and told them I was a Celiac and they told me what so could order. I got the French Dip sandwich and fries (in a dedicated fryer) and a puff pastry for desert. It didn’t come with AuJu, which was disappointing until I realized it was still delicious without it; so it worked out!
Yes
Atmosphere was great but I'm pretty sure I got glutened even though my food was brought out separately. The lemon bread that is on the side was amazing and I believe it is from Erin Mckenna's bakery.
Very good food with a great atmosphere. Ordering system was easy to understand and chef brought out my food separately. Got the braised pork and mashed potatoes with green beans and even got a cream puff for desert!
Yes
They noted my gluten allergy. My order was delivered personally by a separate cast member. I got the Gaston breakfast and they gave me a dish of gluten free desserts: slices of lemon, chocolate, and cinnamon cakes. Delicious!

Wouldn't bring chef food was delicious.

They knew of our gf needs before we arrived (added to all reservations). They took care to separate his food and made extra sure he enjoyed every bite. Our wait staff was unbelievably knowledgeable. Much appreciated!
Yes
Went for counter service lunch. Numerous GF options. I had the tasty braised pork. A large platter and the pork is moist and delicious. The French onion soup was quite good. No toast under the cheese but they made up for it by having lots of cheese. Glad I ignored the bad reviews for the lemon cream puff. Given that it was made with GF flour it was really good and I would order it again every time I went there.
Yes
Like most Disney restaurants allergies are handled well. My big disappointment is the use of Udi’s bread compared to the softer buns you get in most other Disney locations.
Yes
Best GF bread. Gf & vegetarian options
Yes
They have a whole allergen menu to choose from including dinner rolls! Plus a great and unique experience.
Both the Ratatouille and the tapioca bread roll came back gluten-free on my Nima sensor. food was excellent. They had a lemon cream puff made with rice flour on the dessert menu, which sounded good but I didn't try it.
Yes
Had a separate drop down menu which they assisted us with. The staff was very aware of the gf allergy and my daughter's food was even flagged with the allergy flag to keep it separated. Very pleased with food and selections.
Pre-ordering kiosks filters allergies, few options left after clicking GF. Impressive system but no one to ask if cross-contamination is mitigated.
No
Very knowledgeable, and food is good. We had lunch here and most sandwiches can be prepared on GF bread. Our receipt was marked allergy. Lemon cream puff dessert was delicious!
There is a dedicated GF menu and even a couple dessert items, which is nice. My daughter has celiac and had no problems with lunch and a dinner here. My nephews also have severe nut, peanut and soy allergies, and no issues there either. Everybody enjoyed their meals!
Given the huge numbers of people they are serving and turning over, they do a great job!
Yes
Excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Our 2nd time there. Not a lot of child friendly options though.

Went to BOG for for our 1st visit for my birthday w/ my kids & husband this week. I'll stick to just the food issues we had as to not loose track.. I have celiacs & had notified guest services to that ahead of time, but still had to ask/remind them when we arrived (never had to do that at Disney before, it's usually noted on our reservation). I was ready to order off the gf menu when our server (who was rushing us & yet kept saying "I don't want you to feel rushed"..) he stated that there was a braised beef item that would also be an option. I was excited because it looked delicious, so he agreed to check w/ the chef. He returned having forgotten what my allergies were and went back to the kitchen. He came back saying it would be fine for me to eat, so I ordered. My gf rolls were cold & hard (sad because these rolls are usually pretty tasty). My onion soup came (marked "allergy") it was very good. My main meal came (again marked allergy) again, very good. However, it was waiting for our (questionable) server to finally return for our dessert order I started to feel..off. Had the only gf item (essentially thrown down in front of me with a lit candle & the server said, "here it's a lemon cream puff, it's all you can have" before running off somewhere else.) the cream puff was, ok. But by the time we left I was doubled over in extreme pain! We live close by but I still could not get home fast enough! I had a lovely time with my family. Perhaps it's my own fault from deviating off the gf menu, but we won't be returning to BOG for a long time.
We went here for breakfast. Our daughter has Celiac Disease as well as a peanut/tree but allergy. She was exposed to peanut/tree nut and when we let the management know they said thank you for letting them know😳 no concern if she was ok- or the fact that this affected our entire vacation. Disappointed in Disney.
I LOVED my experience here! We went for lunch to utilize the Quick Service Dining Plan, I would love to try dinner. Our Chef Juan Carlos came to speak with us while we were ordering our meal. He was amazing, competent and kind! I got the Braised Pork, vegetables, gluten free rolls ( with no potato starch), the best French Onion Soup I've ever had, and raspberry gelato. Everything came with "allergy" markers. He brought me my own butter even! We visited with Chef Juan Carlos a bit and he said he enjoyed preparing meals for those with allergies! We enjoyed eating there! One of the highlights of my time in Disney World.

We had reservations for dinner even though I had read a lot of bad reviews. We dined in the main dining room. If we go back I would ask to be seated in one of the smaller areas. The service was terrible. Thankfully we asked for the chef and he came out and took our dinner order and dessert as well. It was a good thing we did not just order the waitress didn't understand or act as though she cared. My 12 yo celiac daughter asked the chef to make her the scallop and shrimp pasta off of the regular menu he said it was possible to modify it to be gf and he did. I had the pork chop off of the gluten friendly menu. It was ok but the pork chop was a little tough. My husband had the salmon also from the gluten free menu. He said it was very good. The special gf pastry lemon custard dessert is not worth getting. Pastry was cold and it made it tough. Because of the service I would choose Cinderella Royal Table dinner over BOG. Sadly, we have TIW so the waitress still got an 18% tip.

We dined here for breakfast. The pastries were a wonderful treat. My daughter and I had no issues.
