Very healthy options for the area. They have gluten free (and dairy free) oatmeal which happens to also be refined sugar free. They also have overnight oats that are dairy free and refined sugar free. They also have chia seed pudding and yogurt parfaits. Definitely recommend for a quick bite before the beach!
