I went with a large family group (~30 people). I ordered two eggs, hash browns and sausage but mentioned “gluten allergy” and asked them to mark that on the order. A while later a manager came out to talk to me because the hash browns and sausage are cooked on a common surface and therefore not safe for someone who has a medical issue like celiac disease (I always love it when people know what celiac is!)

I was disappointed I couldn’t get all that I initially ordered but he helped me figure out what else I could get and I greatly appreciated their special concern about my dietary issue.

I think celiacs can safely eat here but you’ll just want to make sure your server marks it on your ticket and checks with a chef or manager to make sure the items you order are safe.

My sister (also celiac) was with me and her omelette was safe, she just couldn’t get the hash browns either.
