Everything can be made gluten free. They have gf bread and tortillas. The sandwich press has risk of cross contamination. If you tell them you have Celiac and explain they can give you the bread or tortilla separate for you to put together to avoid cross contamination. They were really sweet and happy to accommodate. They have baked goods from a dedicated bakery in Destin.
