Review of Beach Hill Smokehouse (High Park)

I called ahead of time to ask if their meat was gluten free and they said yes. When I got there, I reiterated that I had celiac and needed everything to be gluten free. They guaranteed me that all their meats were gluten free, but they still used a new knife and new pieces of meat and cut everything on new butcher paper. I also had their coleslaw as all their sides except their Mac & cheese are gluten free.
