I had a GF/Vegan muffin that was baked by an outside baker and was baked in parchment paper and in a separate case. It was moist, but didn’t have a ton of flavor-it was supposed to be apple, but kind of tasted like a spice cake. It wasn’t the best, but it was nice to be able to have a safe, baked good. Had no reaction.
