This was a wonderful find. They have several sides that are gluten free friendly ... steamed vegetables, brown rice, black beans, avocado, broccoli. Every day there are offerings of fresh, sustainably caught seafood. There is a meal option for 1/3 lb seafood with two sides which is what I had.. I chose Opah, black beans and steamed vegetables. All were delicious and fresh. Others in our group had top notch sushi and sashimi (I tried some) and a poke bowl. There are other options that are not gluten free, and other options that are.
