Review of Bearcat Cafe Uptown

The food is wonderful. the staff was very familiar with Celiac. The server informed me t hat the owner's mother has Celiac. The server also double checked about any other allergies before discussing the order with the kitchen. The owner came to the table with my food and explained the ingredients he used. I felt very safe eating here. the food was amazing. I will definitely be back. My family that ate gluten also enjoyed their food.
