All their bbq sauces and rubs are gluten free. Staff knowledgeable and actively speaking about gluten free items and items with cross-contamination (no dedicated frier).

They seemed very knowledgeable about their gluten-free meats. Menu clearly marked with gluten-free. All sauces and rubs and meats are gluten-free. Friday night in a long line to order, I thought their barbecue was very good. They do not cut their meats on the same board as they do breads
