This gluten-free bakery was a life saver on my work trip to Amman! I was a little disappointed that all items were pre-packaged and not fresh, but everything that I tried tasted nice. I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

All their packaging is labeled—gluten free, dairy free, egg-free, etc. store is off Mecca Street and also there’s an outlet now in Cozmo. Store will do custom orders. Gluten-free pita bread, rolls and sandwich bread, cookies, cakes and refrigerated desserts are available. Would love to see gluten-free wraps or tortillas in the future.

Beat Tha Wheat is a dedicted gf facility in Amman. They sell popular American and European brand gf cereals, crackers and flour and more. Their pita bread is fantastic although some of their desserts have been hit or miss. All around fantastic though to have a dedicated gf bakery!
