Beau Jo's Pizza

It’s living in the edge a little bit here, as with all pizza places, but they prep and cook the gf pizza on parchment paper and use a clean cut and take precautions. I did not get sick and really enjoyed my pizza.

They made a good effort - but not super knowledgeable--- I told them how to cook their pizza better

Celiac friendly?

Yes

The service we received was not impressive, our pizza was overcooked, and I ended up getting glutened. I was really disappointed.. considering the amount of other GF options here and the typical wants of Steamboat natives (very health conscious and many GF residents). You'd think they would provide for their needs and compete.

This Beau Jo's is set up very differently than others! Order at the counter and very small. Same pizza but not as many GF (or regular) options as other locations. Was assured the prep was safe. Very small tables so it is kind of scary to eat pizza with other people who are not eating GF...crumbs were flying everywhere!

Pizza and salad bar, but be warned this is not a full service beau Jo's. No cheese bread, no sandwiches. Service was indifferent but pizza was good.

Super nice !!! Great fast easy food

They alert the kitchen for allergies like celiac and the gluten free pizza is tasty and filling! Staff is informed and always nice-I’ve done well with dine in and take out here.

They have been approved by the Celiac Sprue Association and have received special training. I didn’t even know this was a thing! So I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was great! I also had the stuffed mushrooms. Soooo good. All items that are NOT gf are marked on the menu as unsafe, so there are actually many items that we can have. It was such a wonderful place to eat. I look forward to my next visit.

Got a GF pizza and GF honey cheese bread, server was knowledgeable about celiac. Cheese bread was phenomenal, and pizza was good but not as crispy as I like.

Their gluten free pizza is very good and it was a thicker crust. Plus the gf cheesy garlic bread is awesome.
