Best GF pizza I’ve had! The Chelsey honey GF bread was also delicious

I got a gluten free pizza and asked about their precautions. Honestly, they didn’t seem very good. They said they’d change gloves and put a paper down on the surface where they made the pizza, but it goes into the same oven. I did get a little sick afterwards, so I suspect there was contamination on my pizza.
Update: I returned about a year later to give the establishment a second chance. I got a gluten free pizza and some gluten free garlic bread. My intestines indicate that something was not entirely gluten free. I say this as a not particularly sensitive celiac, so my assessment remains that it is not celiac-safe.

I ordered the GF cheesy garlic bread and the pesto chicken pizza with a GF crust. I have a gluten detection dog (she detects down to 1 part per million) and she gave me the all clear for everything! I was worried at first because it tasted too good to be gluten free! It’s delicious and the servers are very understanding and helpful with dietary restrictions!

Best gluten free pizza I have ever had! Great crust as well. I have been to a lot restaurants offering gluten free pizza, even in Europe, and this pizza is definitely my favorite. The menu is well marked and the staff is knowledgeable.

Excellent. The menu is clearly marked not only with the GF options, but items are marked that cannot be ordered gluten-free. Staff totally knowledgeable. Clearly they are used to serving celiac‘s and gluten sensitive patrons. Had the gluten-free garlic cheese bread and a gluten-free pizza. Two choices for gluten-free pizza crust… Cauliflower or more traditional dough crust. I chose cauliflower. Excellent!

So thrilled to have a celiac safe pizza joint. The waiter was informative and the pizza came out on parchment paper. Menu was clearly marked for GF options as well. Will be back!

Three celiacs at one lunch table while on vacation! We had the best pizza and garlic cheese bread! So good! We are going back again before heading home!

I’ve tried this twice and really like it! I’m a very sensitive celiac and haven’t had a problem. The portions are kind of small for the price but the pizza is great.

On a road trip, found this place on Find Me Gluten Free! Home Run! Soooo good. Non gluten free husband even approved!

Stopped here on our way from white water rafting. Eating out is not always fun when I have food allergies. We had a part of 8 people and was sat in 20 minutes on a Saturday night. I was so happy to know they had a ton of gluten free, Dairy free and lots of non tomato pizza sauces. They even cook the gluten free pizza on a separate pan. The pizza was amazing. I had gluten free crust, garlic olive oil sauce, dairy free cheese, pepperoni and mushrooms. It took me 3 dats to finish the pizza. I only eat about 2 slices in a sitting. I’m guessing it’s a medium pizza. They have happy hour daily too. They also have gluten free cake. I did not get sick.

Great pizza. Expensive. GF only comes in the medium size.

Waitress took the time to explain the menu in detail after I mentioned I was GF. Very helpful. GF chicken tenders were great, as was pizza on GF crust. Many GF options here! Also, they have non-dairy Mozzarella for pizzas.

Very good gf crust! No issues! Highly recommend!

I have been eating gluten free at Beau Joe’s for many years at locations all across Colorado. The have been Celiac friendly at all locations

Beau Jo's has ramped up their celiac GF protocols. My server was knowledgeable and the menu is very specific about what is not GF. I felt safe eating here. Their pizza crust is excellent-- my partner says better than the regular wheat crust. I visited here after having a bad experience at Otto Pint and recommend this place as the only place in Ft Collins that I know of that reliably manages pizza prep and cross contamination.

Wish they had one in Washington state!

Little pricey but have tried both the GF pizza and sandwiches - both are pretty good.
Gf cheese bread was amazing! I've never met a pizza I wouldn't eat until this place. Much better gf pizza around the area. Service good.
Great GF pizza!
got sick, won't eat there again, but maybe talk to the manager
decent gluten free bar food
extensive menu with tons of options for those with celiac. ordered the honey cheddar bread which was pretty strange; wouldn't recommend. the pizza was pretty good (udis crust) and the chicken tenders were decent. nothing special that we tried but no cross contamination and tons of options!
Yes
I'm so thankful for Beau Jo's. They have such yummy gluten free food options. Only place I know that I can get (great) gluten free bread sticks, gluten free chicken tenders, and great gf pizza. Their sandwiches can be made on gf bread (though they are pricy that way - but obviously worth it to be able to eat one!)
I have severe celiac disease (like don't-eat-products-manufactured-in-a-facility-with-wheat severe), have been eating here for years, and have never been glutened. They store all their gluten free ingredients separately, change their gloves, and all that jazz, but they do not have separate ovens, so ambient cross contamination is still a possibility. Over all, the pizzas are delicious and they take every precaution that a non-dedicated restaurant with only one kitchen can. If you are in Fort Collins and looking for a good sit-down place, this the one.

By far the best GF pizza I've had. I wish there was one in San Antonio, TX. I'll be craving this pizza for a while.
The best thing is the gf garlic cheese bread. I've never had that anywhere before! It was yummy and actually a bit fluffy. Made me nervous eating it because it was so bread-like. It was delicious and no reaction.
Great pizza. Crust is very similar to many if the gluten free pizzas you find now. Similar to Zee Pizza, Domino's and CPK. I like Zee better but that's not a Colorado Chain.
The pizza was great. At the top of what I've ever had. I started eating pizza again about two years ago.
Important side note. You are taking a risk here, as with any pizza place. The menu warns you too that there is flour around, probably in the air, lol.
But if you got that craving, Beau Jo's is worth the risk
Great Gf Pizza! Menu clearly marks the items they don't make gf. Endorsed by the Celiac group in Denver. Wednesday night is Gf night - $1 off gf beer, $3 house wine & a salad bar with every gf item ordered. The salad bar looks pretty safe - the only non-gf item was at the end in a separate container. They have several gf beers & ciders that vary.
Yes
They have been approved by the Celiac Sprue Association and have received special training. I didn’t even know this was a thing! So I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was great! I also had the stuffed mushrooms. Soooo good. All items that are NOT gf are marked on the menu as unsafe, so there are actually many items that we can have. It was such a wonderful place to eat. I look forward to my next visit.

In 2018 we ate at the Idaho Springs location and I swear they had fresh made GF neapolitan style crust. We returned to this location and had frozen pizza crust - that was good, but nothing like my memory of the Idaho Springs pizza. I checked out the Idaho Springs recent photos and they are using the same frozen crust. It's fluffy and good, but not hand made neapolitan. Maybe the handmade crust went away with covid. They also had a note on the menu in the window what they are charging a resturant recovery fee for every order.

The menu shows items that cannot be made gluten free. We ordered the GF garlic cheese bread & a GF pizza. Both were really good! They offer a GF crust or a cauliflower crust. Many pizza toppings are GF. They even offer dairy free cheese here. May not be safe for very sensitive celiac folks but my daughter with celiac ate the food with no issues.
