Review of Beau Jo's Pizza

I ate here last Spring. Never had a problem at the Idaho Springs Beau Jo's, or the now closed one on CO Blvd. Ordered a gluten free pizza, told our server I was "allergic"- ( celiac really). The "gluten free" pizza was delicious, but before I even finished, I was plagued with huge gas and abd. cramps. I immediately told the Mgr. that something went wrong in the kitchen with likely cross contamination. He apologized, and didn't charge for the pizza. Of course money is no compensation for a night of agony, and then other "bad stuff" that lasted for a couple days. It's too bad, because I loved the other Beau Jo's, but likely will not return here. Kitchen staff training is so important!
