This is a new establishment this year. They do not have a gluten free menu yet, but the owner is a registered dietitian and was super helpful. They have gluten free bread for sandwiches, a variety of salads, and some entrees that can be adapted. The chef was super careful to scrub the grill and used separate utensils when making my sandwich. They also verified ingredients and said they were careful not to place near other food. No separate frier so no go there. Overall the place has a nice menu, they have a bar, and even had live music for Happy Hour Wednesday which was lovely.
