Had chips, salsa, guacamol and it was delicious. Seperate frier for chips.
A great quick meal, server worked with the chef, dedicated fryer for fries, gluten free subs, salads were amazing. A wonderful find at the hotel pool.
Had the GF wings and fries. They have a dedicated fryer. It’s great to have GF poolside. Felt like an actual vacation again!

Wasn’t 100% confident but food was good and I didn’t get sick. I had the garlic fries and caprese salad.
This is actually the poolside bar & grill at the Hilton Bonnet Creek hotel. I ordered a gluten free pepperoni pizza and had no issues. Appeared to have been cooked in its own foil pan. I rate my experiences factoring gluten free 1st and everything else 2nd. Pizza was nothing special but it was gluten free which was most important to me.
Called ahead and the manager assured us that the gf pizza can be prepared in a safe area and cooked on a pan. The manger brought my food out for me and talked to the chef after I ordered. I don’t know what crust they used, but it was amazing!!! Quick easy meal if your staying at the Hilton or the Waldorf Astoria.
