Beertown Public House Waterloo

Have been to Beertown a couple of times. I’m a celiac and they always are attentive to my needs. Had the salmon bowl and was delicious. No after affects at all. Would recommend the restaurant.

Staff was knowledgeable about Celiac requirements and able to answer our questions about kitchen precautions that are taken. Finding restaurants with a designated frier for french fries is always a perk. It means my teenage, newly diagnosed with celiac, son can have a burger and fries like everyone else. Plus the gf buns were really good.

the best gf dining experience i’ve had. when ordering off the huge gf menu, they asked if it was an allergy before i could even say anything. they are also pet friendly (indoors and outdoors). one time they forgot i asked for no mushrooms and the brought me a max and cheese with mushrooms, after she noticed she brought me another max and cheese packaged up. my favourite is the baked mac and cheese. i feel so safe when eating here and they take gf seriously. i couldn’t recommend it more

Separate menu. It was refreshing to see so many options and a full restaurant staff who understood the risks of cross contamination. Tried the Pad Thai and it was delicious! Definitely would go back.

They have a whole separate gluten friendly menu with lots of options! Wait staff were knowledgeable about cross contamination risks. They do have a separate fryer for gluten free fries. Not to mention Glutenberg beer!

They had a separate gf menu, and the staff was very knowledgeable & super helpful. There were tons of options, and I mean tons available. Gluten free buns, and pasta. A few gf kids meals. Alot of app options, sweet potato fries and regular fries too! Highly recommend this place!

Staff are very knowledgeable and take GF seriously. Excellent service. They offer gluten free beer, even!! Never had a bad experience in-restaurant, however, every single time I have ordered take-out (4 times) they have messed up my order (NOT by contaminating it though. Just forgotten items/no sauce, etc). So if your first experience with them is take-out, I'd say give them another chance and dine-in next time!

Had a variety of options, had great procedures and super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Amazing food! Had my first gluten free beer here!

Beertown is awesome! The staff are incredibly friendly and I could tell that they were used to serving foks with gluten issues. I was delightfully surprised at how rich and mature the GF food was. The fried appies were to die for and they have some great sauces to compliment. The turkey burger was also top quality (i.e. tasted fresh and not super prrocessed). I'm excited to go back for the next special occasion.

My favourite place to go! Great gluten free options. Knowledgeable about contamination. French fries are cooked separately!!!

Server was knowledgeable re: Celiacs and was very open about the menu options. She highlighted right away that they serve two Gluten-Free beers including Glutenburg. Also provided some of the GF favourites on the menu.

Fresh ingredients and so much to choose from! Ordered an appetizer to share and two mains to sample different items with too many options - surprised by how good the pad Thai was
