I called to ask, and they said that they have a separate GF menu. With Celiac Disease, they said they take cross-contamination very seriously but that they only have one deep dryer, so if you have Celiac Disease they said don’t get anything deep fried. Further, although they said there is flour in their kitchen, they said that they don’t bake homemade buns, pizza dough, desserts, etc. with regular flour which mitigates airborne flour risk. All of their desserts they make are gluten free! Sadly, they don’t deliver but do have online ordering for pick-up.
