Very rare to find a Chinese restaurant that caters for Coeliacs. When we first went in they asked a lot of questions about what coeliacs was and what they could do to help. They had a couple of dishes they could do, but slowly they started adding to their menu. Now they have loads of great options, including fried rice dishes, honey lemon dishes, salt and pepper dishes, black bean dishes, they even offer shredded duck in lettuce leaves rather than pancakes if that’s what you’re after. They obviously take great care with their preparation, you just have to make sure you ask for your dishes to be gluten free from the outset.
