They can make a lot of the simpler sushi rolls gluten-free. The sushi chefs are knowledgeable and last time I ordered online they called and asked me if I wanted to make the entire order gluten-free. The menu doesn’t designate GF items but waiters can tell you. Never had an issue with cross-contamination and I’ve eaten here a lot. Great sushi!
