I am celiac and given that this place only has one negative review I was nervous to eat here. The one sever was nice and said he would go check to see what was gluten free (he seemed to have knowledge and was assuring that he would have something). He pointed out numerous menu choices that could be Made GF. I went with something I would typically not get (because I’m at the beach and I wanted seafood besides shrimp) and got cod over mashed potatoes. It tastes ok. Wasn’t super amazing… actually the dish was great but the fish was just boring cod. But it was different and I was satisfied. I couldn’t tell how I felt after eating but I (THANKFULLY) did not get sick (I respond quickly to contamination). I pretty much expect to get some cross cont anywhere I go and that usually shows up as a rash days later so time will tell but I didn’t get stomach sick. I would just recommend to ask whatever you can to determine what’s the safest. And be considerate of the waitstaff of going at a busy time. They were very short staffed so I tried to just go with what he suggested so that was kind of risky on my part.

Wait staff does not understand what gluten free is. I was very specific about my needs and careful about what I ordered but got sick anyway.
