This is my dad’s business - this man really understands celiac & cross contamination. He used to brew beer before our diagnoses and switched to mead. Come try if you’re looking for a yummy drink!

Everything here is GF and owner is very conscientious about sourcing all of his ingredients. Mead is on the dry side, light and tasty. Lots of options. Board games to play while you drink.

Mead brewery with no gluten at all! Owner sells the mead right out of his brewery. There are tables to hangout at and free games provided to play while you drink. Also sells large mead bottles that make a great gift.

Believe Meadery is strictly gluten free. All the products are made from honey and fruit, with no artificial colors, flavors, or gluten. Alcohol in the different meads and melomel’s are all at 6% level, roughly half of most wine.
The owner and lead mead maker’s daughters both have Celiac, and he has no gluten containing products anywhere in the facility, including snacks or food for the staff.
All of the snacks that are available for purchase are all strictly gluten-free.
There are no former whiskey barrels in the facility.

I went and visited Believe Meadery this past weekend. The owner told me that he made this in lieu of a brewery, so that he could share his creations with his daughters who have Celiac. He takes great pride in ensuring there is no gluten anywhere near his shop
