Glutenvrije penne (is de enige glutenvrije pasta die ze hebben, maar smaakt goed) gegeten (afgehaald) met heerlijke licht pittige tomatensaus en ossenhaas. Geen last gehad. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

I have eaten here twice and ordered the same thing both times—pastor salad and patat met (fries with mayonnaise). I did not get sick and the food was delicious. I was told that there is GF pizza and pasta but I wasn’t interested so I didn’t ask anything to confirm no cross-contamination and other safety aspects.

De pasta kan glutenvrij. De scaloppa kunnen ze glutenvrij maken, hier wordt dan geen bloem aan de saus toegevoegd. Deze vond ik erg lekker. De aardappelen worden in apart frituurvet gefrituurd dus zijn ook glutenvrij. Ze hebben glutenvrije pizzabodems, maar deze worden wel in een glutenvolle oven gebakken. Dus dat ligt aan de gevoeligheid van kruisbesmetting.
